Onboarding Instructions for Client Administrators

After the employee has completed their portion

 The following instructions explain the process of completing the electronic onboarding process for a new hire through the MyFrankCrum portal. 

  • Log in to MyFrankCrum at https://mfc.frankcrum.com/login
  • Click on New Hire/ Rehire in the left hand navigation

  • From the list of Onboarded employees click on the green checkmark icon next to the individual you are ready to hire.

  •  On each step of the new hire process, review or complete all required fields indicated by the RED ASTERISK *. Then click Next

MyFrankCrum uses pop up windows to alert you of important actions or information. Read each carefully and complete the action requested

When the Next button is not active, a required field has not been entered. Review all fields marked with a red asterisk *

  • On the 5th tab of the process; Tax Forms have been generated from the guided tax flow during onboarding. Additional tax forms are not generally necessary however if there is an exception; the additional documents can be uploaded on the tax step.
  • Additional Employment forms can be reviewed during the hiring process. FrankCrum no longer requires Application forms, I9 or W-4 forms however you can voluntarily upload a PDF if applicable. If no additional forms are needed, click next.
  • The final step in the process is a review and in the top right is a printer icon if a hard copy is needed for any reason. After reviewing all the information one last time, click Finish and the information will be submitted to FrankCrum for review and confirmation. After your FrankCrum representative approves the hire the employee will be available in MyFrankCrum portal.
