How to Spot a FrankCrum Referral
A lot can be learned by asking questions.

Can I receive a referral reward if I’m not a FrankCrum client?
Absolutely. Almost anyone can receive a reward, including FrankCrum employees. However, FrankCrum Sales and Broker representatives are ineligible.
Is there a limit to the number of companies I can refer?
Absolutely not! Send them our way.
What is my referral worth?
We multiply the average payroll processed for the referral company in its first three months to estimate its annual payroll. You will receive the reward that corresponds to your referral’s estimated annual payroll tier.
How and when will I receive my referral reward?
The reward will be paid once the company you referred completes its third month of consecutive payrolls with FrankCrum. You can receive your reward via ACH. Current clients may choose to apply the reward as an invoice credit.
How will I know the status of my referral?
You may call 877-695-6207 to check on the status of your referral. Keep in mind, it will take time for your referral to move through the sales process and rewards are only paid after the new customer processes three consecutive months of payroll with FrankCrum. Please be patient. Good things come to those who wait.
What are the criteria to receive a referral reward?
- Only referrals submitted through the official form above are eligible for a reward.
- The referral is not a previous FrankCrum client.
- The referral is not a FrankCrum client experiencing expansion (e.g. entering a new state, opening a new location, etc.).
- The referral has not already been referred to us by another source.
- The referral is not already in contact with our Sales team.
- The referral becomes a FrankCrum client and completes three months of consecutive payrolls with us.
